He was predeceased by: his father Donald Lee Blake; and his stepmother Shirley Blake. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Blake of Livingston, Texas; his mother Billie Miller of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his children, Heather Williams (Timothy) of Ft. Belvoir, Virginia and Jonathan Blake of Rosharon, Texas; his grandchildren, Madison Williams, McKayla Williams, Macy Williams and McKinley Williams; and his siblings, Tom Brand of Waggoner, Larry Brand (Janice) of Tulsa, Rob Blake (Monica) of Pearland, Texas, Sherry Ledford (Kenny) of Tulsa and Cindi Lawton (Brian) of Apopka, Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Assembly of God Church (2025 N Houston St, Livingston, TX 77351).
