He was predeceased by: his parents, Sim Nichols and Bobbie Nichols (Duck); and his sister Jan Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Nichols (Sanson); his sons, Jeffery "Clint" Nichols (Talesha) and Christopher "Jake" Nichols (Crystal); his grandsons, Matthew Clint Nichols of Livingston, Justin LaDale Nichols of Livingston and Caleb Fredrick of Tracey, California; his sisters, Judy Adams of Jonesville, Louisiana and Joy Bryan of Jonesville, Louisiana; his close friend Billy Ray Stanley; and his aunt Ann Moser. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
