She is survived by: her mother Emily Chambless (Mark Fore) of Saratoga, Texas.; her husband Thomas Caruthers of Centerpoint, Texas; her daughters, Bonnie of Centerpoint, Texas, Kamilla of Centerpoint, Texas and Avelyn Caruthers of Centerpoint, Texas; her brothers, Michael Damon (Sheena) of Trinity, Texas and Sidney Taylor (Leslie) of Votaw, Texas; her stepsiblings, Cody Mordecai of Palestine, Texas, Ashton Seagroves of Spring and Sara Fore of Saratoga, Texas; and her sister-in-law Ashley Bailey of Centerpoint, Texas.
