With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruthie Pierce of Livingston, Texas, born in Alvin, Texas, who passed away on August 27, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Everett Lamson and Josephine Norma Lamson (Klos); and her son Daryl Thompson. She is survived by: her husband A. C. Pierce; her children, Tammy Fullerton (James), Rhonda Gresham, Kenneth Thompson (Jeannna) and Pierce of Utah; her grandchildren, J. R. McKnight (Lisa), Guy Thompson, Robert Toll, Debbie Roy, Victoria Marcus, Sarah Hearn, Seth Thompson, Jared Thompson and Brian Thompson; and her siblings, Kenneth Lamson (Rosemary), David Rodewald (Jackie), Robert Lamson (Diane), Joan Jeffries, Marlene Rodewald, Roberta Lummus and Roann Richardson. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
