She was predeceased by: her husband George Hanks; her sons, Charles Carlton and Jerry Carlton; and her grandson Glenn Carlton. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Charlene Brasher (Barry), Christina Carlton (Rebecca), Scott Dean, Brenda Pate and Sheila Wedgeworth (Troy); her daughter-in-law Gwen Carlton; her great grandchildren, Nathan Carlton, Joshua Faulkner, Erica Wedgeworth, Emily Rollins and Kyler Wedgeworth; and her great great grandchildren, Rodney Carlton, Lilly Carlton and Dmitri Carlton. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
