He is survived by: his daughter Makenzie Matthews; his son-in-law Sterling Martin; his child Shelbi Jernigan; his stepchildren, Dustin Phillips, Travis Phillips and Erica Underferth; his brothers, Scott Laird and Jon Laird; his niece Jordan Weems; his father Hank Laird; his aunt Linda Gerard; and his cousins, Sherri, Robbie, Julie, Bobby Frank and Trae. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
