He is survived by: his father Robert Allison McNiel, Sr. of Meeker, Oklahoma; his wife Donna McNiel of Livingston, Texas; his son Luke Allison McNiel of Livingston, Texas; and his siblings, Lucy McNiel (Jesse), John Sample (Nancy), Sharon McNiel (Ron), Angela Robinson (Marty), Tonya Hammock (William), Sonya Koster (Robert), Kim Capps (James), Roy Nelson (Polly), Joe Nelson of Lufkin, Jimmy Capps (Molly) and Sherry Owens of Livingston, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
