He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. McGee and Bobbie McGee (Risinger); his brother Billy Joe McGee; and his great grandchild Dakota Ryan Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Rachel McGee of Waller, Texas; his children, Debbie Gothard of Maryland and James McGee (Sylvia) of Hempstead, Texas; his granddaughters, Rebecca Reed (Stephen) of Maryland, Misty Smith (Bryan) of Hempstead and Pam Phillips (Sam) of Tomball, Texas; and his siblings, J. C. McGee (Joyce) of Magnolia, Texas and Juanita Taylor (Bill) of Decker, Texas. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
