He was predeceased by: his parents, John Land and Bertha Land (Whitliff); his sisters, Mary Boots and Carolyn Otto; and his granddaughter Alana Pepi.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Land (Steele) of Livingston; his daughters, Crystal Land of Tarkington, Nancy (William Moody) of Cleveland and Catherine (Andrew Fleetwood) of Tarkington; his stepchildren, Juan Pepi (Sherahlyn), Joseph Pepi of Corpus Christi and Brandi (Larry Kampfer) of Livingston; and his siblings, Birdie Land of Fort Worth, Johnny Land of Cleveland and Bobby Land of Livingston.
