He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Hopkins of Livingston, Texas; his son Scotch; his daughter-in-law Mercedes Blair of Humble, Texas; his son Robert Dwayne; his daughter-in-law Vickie Blair of Houston, Texas; his daughters, Dena Dianne Bartlett of Cleburn and Jenna Marie Blair; his grandchildren, Brandy Nakole Blair, Lance Pierce Blair, Candice Stewart and Ashley Stewart; his brother Allen Dee "Polio" Blair; and his stepchildren, Jodel (Johnny Hogg) and Mark Hopkins. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, family, and friends.
