It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Mullins (Livingston, Texas), born in Vernon, Texas, who passed away on December 3, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Bruce Mullins; and his granddaughter Anna-Leigh Smith. He is survived by: his parent Pauline Mullins (York); his wife Jeannie Mullins of Livingston; his father Douglas Mullins of Rockport; his daughter Sherry Smith; his wife Rosie Moen of Houston; his grandchildren, Maddison Smith, Landon Smith, Hunter Smith, Andrew-Lee Smith, Mariam McVaugh, Greg Daniel McVaugh Jr., EmmaLeigh Vincent, Marissa Roberts, David Hendrix, Allie Botello, Jackson Lachney, Dacey Burch, Terry Burch Jr., Tobias Burch and Isiah Moen; and his great grandchild Elijah James Orona. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
