He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jim, Lynn and Kay. He is survived by: his wife Terri McClain White of Livingston, Texas; and his daughters, Amanda Malcom (Ricky) of Livingston, Texas and Christine Phillips (Shawn) of Oregon. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
