She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Edward Thacker and Lela Mae Thacker (Owens); her husband Robert Irvin McGee; her daughter Deborah Ann McGee; her great grandchild Dakota Phillips; her brothers, Donald Eugene Thacker and Kenneth Edward Thacker; and her son-in-law Ricky Gothard.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Lynn Gothard of Elkton, Maryland and James Robert; her daughter-in-law Sylvia McGee of Hempstead, Texas; her grandchildren, Rebecca Lynn Reed (Stephen), Jason Daniel Gothard, Misty Leigh Smith (Brian) and Pamela Ryan Phillips (Sam); her great grandchildren, Maddy Davis, Mason Smith, Luke Thomas Phillips, Sammie Ryan, Stephen Reed III, Leigh Ann Smith and Maeli Smith; and her siblings, Nadine Ellerbe (Thomas) of Huffman, Texas and David Thacker (Carol) of Humble, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, a host of church family, other relatives and friends.
