He is survived by: his daughter Holly King; his son-in-law Mike King; his daughter Heidi Alexander; his son-in-law Mark Alexander; his son Chance Hendrix; his grandchildren, Jake King, Katy Kelly and Lou Kasey King; and his great grandchild Sayge Salazar. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
