We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2025, at the age of 81, Paul Brown of Livingston, Texas, born in Cumberland, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Brown and Eva Mae Brown (Shrout). He is survived by: his wife Etylene Brown of Livingston, Texas; his children, Joellene, William Brown and Jennifer Brown (Kim Simpson); his grandchildren, Angel, Branden, Nichlas, Victoria, Tasha, Amber, Demario, Ryan, Isabella, Miles and Angelica; his great grandchildren, Aziyah, Derrick Jr., Sicily, Harlem, Messiah, Knox, Frenchie and Kadence; and his brother David Brown. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel (406 N Yaupon Ave, Livingston, TX 77351). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
