She is survived by: her spouse Billy Ed Winchell; her children, Debbie Justice (Terry) of Decatur, Vicky Barnes (Ronnie) of Decatur, Belinda Caylor (Barry) of Arlington, Ricky Winchell of Livingston, Mike Winchell of Decatur and Joe Bill Winchell (Pat) of Conroe; and her grandchildren, Angela, Anthony, Andrew, Jeffrey, Buster, Amber, Lakrica, Ronnie Jr., Dylan, Mindy and Shelly. She is also survived by her parents, husband.
