She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Steagall and Esther Walters; her husband Jackson; and her brother Kenneth Steagall. She is survived by: her son Jackson, Jr. (Heather Patterson); her grandson Whit Jackson; and her siblings, Betty Vanya and Butch Steagall (Edith). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A private ceremony will be held for Patsy and the family has asked to please not send flowers, but to make a donation to a charity of your choice in her honor.
