He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Greenberry Kilburn and Alfie Kilburn (Skaggs); and the mother of his children Norma Dean Kilburn. He is survived by: his wife Carol Melton of Livingston, Texas; his children, Joel Kilburn (Virginia) of Shepherd, William Kilburn (Holli) of Texas City, Texas, Cynthia Young of Texas City and Carol Olizarez of Santa Fe, Texas; and his siblings, Donald Kilburn of Georgetown, Florida and Betty Gladback of Mecum, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
