He is survived by: his children, William E. Bailey (Brandi), Curreen and Aurelia of Livingston Texas; his grandson Hunter Whitney (Marian) of Franklin Tennessee; his daughters, Barbara Ann Johnson (Mike) and Dena Whitney (Shawn); and his granddaughter Autumn of Tennessee. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, additional grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
