She was predeceased by: her husband Angus John Macaulay; her parents, Don Carlos Welsh and Fannie Lee Welsh (Hager); her great grandchild Reese Taylor Macaulay; and her sisters, Geraldine and Maxine (Mike).
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Joseph Macaulay (Shonna) of San Antonio and Johnny Wayne Macaulay of Deer Park, Texas; her cousin Tommie Jo Smith; her grandchildren, Stephanie Valdes (Darryl) of Tomball, Texas, Terry Macaulay (Anitra) of Seabrook and Robert Macaulay (Jenna) of Cypress, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Valdes, Wyatt Valdes, Madison Macaulay, Olivia Macaulay and Archer Macaulay.
