He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Meekins Kennedy and Gertie Kennedy (Taylor); his former wife Wanda Kennedy; his sons, Howard Kennedy and Jeffrey Elzner; and his daughter-in-law Anne Elzner.
He is survived by: his wife Milli Kennedy of The Woodlands, Texas; his daughter Rochelle Lynn Revel (Stephen) of Dallas, Texas; his stepchildren, John David Elzner (Sabrina) of Spring, Texas and Jode Jean Bennet (Ronnie) of Tomball, Texas; and his grandchildren, Michael Rawls, Kristina Elzner, Alexandra Elzner, Erin Gillott, Jennifer Dickey, Meagan Elzner, Jessica Babalola, Stephen Adam Revel, Alisha Revel and Aaron Reve.
