He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Megan Radcliff; his parents, Timothy Michael Frank (Racheal Guerrero) and Nancy Frank (Marcus Price); his brothers, Kevin Frank (Brittany) and Brian Frank (Krystal); his grandparents, Sammy and Charlene Rufino; his nieces and nephews, Hadle Frank, Emilee Frank, Kaylee Frank, Dmitri Parrish, Zion Parrish and Sage Byerly; and his grandmother June Hosmer.
