She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Mahaffey. She is survived by: her spouse Glen Glassford of Leggett, Texas; her son Samuel Dugan (Katie) of New Caney, Texas; her granddaughter Lilith Dugan; and her mother Chlonita Mahaffey (Simons) of Leggett, Texas. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
