Lowe of Livingston; her son Ronnie Lowe of Del Rio; her daughter-in-law Virginia Lowe of Del Rio; her daughter Teresa Placker of Livingston; her son-in-law Billy Placker of Livingston; her granddaughter Katie Munson of Livingston; her husband Josh Munson of Livingston; her great grandchild Sawyer Munson of Livingston; her brother Virgil Stutte of Livingston; her sister-in-law Peggy Stutte of Livingston; her sister Susie McCloskey of Houston; her brother-in-law Lenny McCloskey of Houston; her sister WyNetta Davis of Houston; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Lowe of Livingston. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
