He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Thomas Puckett and Naomi Puckett (Matthews); and his siblings, Joel Newton Puckett and Ethelene Parrish. He is survived by: his sons, Keith Ray Puckett (Christine) and Kevin Kyle Puckett of Livingston; his grandchildren, Kandyce Jones, Kyle Puckett (Jessica) of Livingston, Texas and Kevin Puckett (Savannah) of Livingston, Texas; and his siblings, Flaudie V. Hon of Livingston and Onnie Lee Puckett (Betty) of Mebane. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
