She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Bane and Fannie Elisabeth Bane (Swinney); her husband Clarence Wilmer "Bill" Price; and her son Clarence Wilmer "Butch" Price, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Gwendolyn Price (Charlie Gilmore) of Livingston, Texas and Deborah McKinney of Livingston, Texas; her sister-in-law Ouida Willis of Spring, Texas; her granddaughters, Cheyenne Olexy (Michael), Kimberly Butler, Jalynn Holleron (Dane), Cindy Hill (Robb) and Amie Barton; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Luke, Alex, Jacob, Kaylee, Foster, Jonah, Wally, Emma and Katee; and her great great grandchildren, Phoenix and Hazel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many more friends.
