He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Palmer and Helen Ivy Davis Palmer; his former wives, Marjorie Mumm Palmer and Ruby Loftis Palmer; his siblings, Philp Palmer, Donna Synder, Loetta Duey and Beth Ann Palmer; his son Gary Palmer (Sharon); his grandson Michael Palmer; and his great great grandchild Colton Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Collins Palmer; his daughters, Kathleen Palmer Sharp and Lynda Palmer Williams (Paul); his sisters, Dorothy Duey and Edith Kleen; his nephews, Tom Collins (Barbara), Kami Greif (Jeff), Xan Benton (Keith) and Samanth Tindall (Mike); and his grandchildren, Quinton Sharp, Lance Sharp, Ronald Sharp, Colby Claiborne, Shannon Palmer and Misti Roy.
