She was predeceased by: her parents, James Young, Sr. and Ollie Evelyn Young (Penry); and her grandson Jesse Ramirez. She is survived by: her husband Rogelio Perla of Livingston, Texas; her children, Evelyn Vazquez of Livingston, Texas and James McNiel (Cheyanne); and her brother James Young, Jr. (Lauren). She is also survived by numerous grandchild; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
