He is survived by: his wife Jane Nye of Livingston, Texas.; his brother Eric Nye of Houston, Texas; and his children, Steve Nye (Dana Lightsey), Leslie Kachura (Fred) of Fort Collins, Colorado, Scott Nye of Casper, Wyoming, Laura Burke (Randy) of Casper, Wyoming, Brian Nye (Poppy) of Huntsville, Texas and Robin Sessums (David) of Livingston, Texas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
