He is survived by: his children, Mitchell Alec, Michael Alec (Michelle), Micayla Alec and Marshall Alec; his grandchildren, Xander Williams, Lexi Mason, Chancellor Alec, Emerris Alec, Noah Mason and Myles Alec; his siblings, Carlos Alec, Duane Alec, Rick Sylestine, James F. Sylestine and Hilda Pittman; and his aunt Millie Williams. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
