She was predeceased by: her parents, George Grover Fowler and Vela Genevieve Fowler (Brown); her husband Phillip Andrews; and her brothers, Bruce Fowler and George Fowler.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Lou McCleskey of Trinity, Texas; her granddaughters, Alicia Foley (John) and Gracie Bennet of Trinity, Texas; and her brothers, Joey (Patty Fowler) and Ernie (Leona Fowler). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
