He was predeceased by: his wife Melinda Crawford Blanco; his father Jose Blanco; and his brother Joe Edward Blanco. He is survived by: his mother Lessie Blanco (Patterson) of Livingston, Texas; his daughter Samantha Oliver (Kevin); and his sisters, Lessie Ann Sarratt (Gary) of Pasadena and Lydia Deer (Vance) of Conroe, Texas. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
