He was predeceased by: his sister Avis Moffett; and his brother-in-law Luther Moffett. He is survived by: his wife Mary Moore of Livingston; his children, David Moore (Shelly) of Livingston, Mark Moore (Janan) of Livingston and Lisa Perry (Jeremy) of Douglass; his grandchildren, Emily Moore Hopson (Cody), Blake Moore, Ryan Brown, Kelsey Brown, Melanie Moore, Lindsey Moore, Ashley Moore, Bryce McLeod, Katie Perry and Caroline Perry; his great grandchild Lane Hopson; and his brother James "Turk" Moore (Jolene) of Livingston. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
