He was predeceased by: his wife Naomi Jeannette; his son Louis Harold Fuller Jr.; and his siblings, William, Lucy and Lillian.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Lynn Fuller Evans (Larry), Peggy Sue Fuller Ruffin (Richard), Laura Jo Fuller Utley (Rick) and Jana Louise Fuller Froehlich (Ricky); and his daughter-in-law Cheryl Fuller. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren plus one on the way, two great grandchildren, plus numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
