He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Virginia Collins; and his daughter Lana Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Blount of Conroe; his son-in-law Ralph Blount of Conroe; his children, Karen Collins of Katy and Charles Collins of Baytown; his daughter-in-law Margaret Collins of Baytown; his son Michael Collins of Porter; his daughters-in-law, Olga Collins of Porter and Larry Collins; and also, Amy Collins of Lee and Summit. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
