He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bailey and Bertha Mae Turner Bailey; his wife Georgia Sides Bailey; his daughter Linda Loyce Bailey O'Bryan; and his siblings, William Allen Bailey, Joe Sanders Bailey, Marvin Bailey, Quincy Bailey, Edward Baxter Bailey, James Herbert Bailey, Holbrook Eujan Bailey, George Richard Bailey, Mary Bailey Nettles, Minnie Elizabeth Bailey Flurry, Nancy Marcia Bailey Weaver, Hattie Louise Bailey and Fannie Leona Bailey Bussey.
He is survived by: his children, James Hagemeier (Tracey) of Livingston, Debra Jenke (Ralph) of Livingston and Karla Lewis (Ross) of Livingston; his grandchildren, April Wunderlick, Andrew Haynes, Amanda, Austin Haynes, Brenda, Brooke Koop, Ben Lewis, Erin Godso, Davis Hagemeier, Zoe, Audrey Clark, Christian, Susan Jenke, Karen Stoneberg and Kaden; his brother Oscar Eugene Bailey of Livingston; his nieces and nephews, Glenn Bailey, Randy Bailey, Arlene Richardson, Elaine Minter, Michael Nettles and William Bailey (Buddy); and his grandsons, Joe Wunderlick, Jack Koop and Kevin Godso.
