He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Wayne Sullivan Sr.; and his grandparents, Jimmy and Mary Ann Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Donna Jackson Kern (Keith Kern); his children, Kaylee Sullivan and Logan Sullivan; his siblings, Brandi (Steven Cox), Lillian Kamrhea Sullivan and Brandon Lee Sullivan; his niece Emersyn Cox; and his nephews, Dalton Cox, Dakota Cox and Devin Cox. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
