He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hazel Burns and Bill Burns; his wife Frances Burns; his son Robert Burns; his grandson Charles Burns; and his children, Deborah Faye Burns, Kenneth Wayne Burns Jr. and Charles Edwin Burns. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren.
