He is survived by: his children, Joseph "Joe" Westmoreland III of Livingston, Texas, Stacy Callihan of Willis, Zee Anglin of Liberty, Virginia Duran (Bill) of Lockhart, Laura Poincoux (Jacques) of Conroe, Texas and Mark Westmoreland of Rosharon, Texas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
