He was predeceased by: his siblings, Luis Rafael and Emma Lugo. He is survived by: his wife Lessie Irene Blanco of Livingston; his children, Lessie Sarratt (Gary) of Pasadena, Joe Edward Blanco of Livingston, Luis Anthony Blanco (Melinda) of Livingston and Lydia Elizabeth Deer (Vance) of Spring; his sister Anna Hilda Chase of Dallas; and his grandchildren, Heather Martin, Brittanie Erwin, Christopher Sarratt (Jessika), Andrew Hendrick (Kim), Kayla Hendrick and Jacob Hendrick. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
