He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his children, Etonia, Jackie (Charlie), Brenda, John Wayne, Billy, Terry, Lance, Kirk (Kim), Mark, Jimmy and David; his siblings, Dee, Harvey, Jimmy (Donna), Tommy, Fred (Doris), Sally and Christine (Earl); and his grandchildren, Amos (Josena), Robert, Earl, Briona, Mia, Danielle, Paula, Sophie and Emma.
