He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother James Marvin Allen; his children, Kelsey Holuby of Livingston, Texas, Jeffrey Wiggins of Livingston, Texas and Abigail Allen of Granbury, Texas; the mother of his children Kelly Tolar Allen of Livingston, Texas; his grandchildren, Brighten Holuby, Jeffrey Wiggins Jr. of Santa Fe, Texas and Hailey Wiggins of Livingston, Texas; and his sisters, Cindy Tolar of Livingston, Texas and Linda Bartlett of Livingston, Texas. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
