He is survived by: his wife Debra Owens of Livingston, Texas; his children, Charlene McKeone of Shepherd, Texas, Chad Owens (Wendy) of Livingston, Texas and Michelle Jenkins (Dusty); his grandchildren, Mila Owens, Casey Owens, Patience Jenkins, Christian Jenkins and Blane McKeone; and his siblings, Buddy Owens, Robert Owens, Linda Karm, Ebbie Loving, Kathy Kissinger and Mary Garner. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
