He was predeceased by: his father Troy Booth; and his niece Anneliese Hartman. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Booth (Ogden); his wife Angie Booth of Livingston; his children, Collin Booth of Livingston, Kaleb Booth of Livingston, Denea Booth of Rosharon, Grace Booth of Livingston and Faith Booth of Livingston; his siblings, Jody Booth of Livingston and Vicki Welch of Livingston; and his nieces, Laci Booth of Nashville and Bailey Booth of Livingston. He is also survived by numerous other family members, and a host of friends.
