He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Wyatt Sr. and Jettie Green Wyatt; his wife Marcia Wyatt; his siblings, David Wyatt, Helen White, Hazel Johnson, Pearlie B. Criswell, Edna Menefee and Johnnie Mae Wyatt; and his children, Joe Cliff Wyatt and Willie Mae Wyatt.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Carolyn Green of Houston, Texas; his children, Herbert L. Wyatt of Center, Texas, James E. Wyatt of Longview, Texas, Nathan C. Wyatt of Center, Texas, Evelyn Wortham (A. C. Jr.) of Livingston, Texas, Janet C. Wyatt of Houston, Texas and Willie Mae Elizabeth of Dallas, Texas; and his brothers, Dennis Wyatt of Leggett, Texas and Morgan Wyatt Jr. (Willie Lee) of Marston, Texas. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
