He is survived by: his friend Blackie Cranford; his sisters, Frances Sanders and Betty Miller; the mother of his children Paula Teer; his children, Bill, Pam (Jimmy) and Jo Beth (Dale); his grandchildren, Chris (Desiree), Kelly (Brock), Rachel (Jimmy), Cody, Frances and Ivy; his former wife Vicki Johnson; his grandchildren, Ashley and Stephie; and also, Karen, Susan, Darlene (Sander) and Lisa. He is also survived by one great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
