He is survived by: his wife Suzanne McGinnis of Livingston; his daughters, Cheryl McGinnis of Livingston, Pamela McGinnis of Livingston, Theresa Hawkins of Livingston and Katherine Burton of Channelview; and his siblings, William Earl McGinnis Jr., Earline Hill, Deloris Minguela and Navelle Homnick. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
