He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Lewis and Henry Lewis; and his siblings, Dan, Jerry, Henry Lewis, Tara and Jaqueline Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Isaac Lewis, Shardel Lewis, Vincent Reynaud and Da'veon Lewis; and his siblings, Garcia, Robert, Keith, Tommie Lewis and Tessie Cartwright. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces & friends.
