She is survived by: her children, Theresa Duff (Ray), Michael James Phillips of Livingston, Texas, Ricky Phillips (Christie Ellison) of Livingston, Texas and Skipper Phillips (Cindy) of Livingston, Texas; her grandchildren, Jessica (Heath), Ty (Karly), Hunter (Lindsey), Jesse James, Montana, Dustin (Jenna), Erica (Duane), Travis (Staci), Chase and James Lee (Marissa); and her siblings, Gloria Franklin, Harold Johnson, David Johnson, Harry Johnson, Scooter Johnson and Kelly Johnson. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
