He is survived by: his parent Sol Branch Cummings; his wife Charlotte Cummings of Livingston, Texas; his daughter Megan Swander of Livingston, Texas; his sister Marla King of Apple Springs, Texas; and his grandchildren, Julian Garcia, Brayden Cummings, Evan Swander, Kadence Cummings and Emery Swander. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
